Jodie Kidd was born in Canterbury, England, UK, on September 25, 1978. She is a fashion model as well as an actress.

Like most other fashion models, Jodie was discovered by a photographer. Terry O'Neil spotted her while she was on vacation in the Barbados. Terry then introduced Jodie to Laraine Ashton, modeling agent. She began modeling with the IMG Agency.

As her modeling career just started out, others were concerned that Jodie's slim, skeletal frame was influencing the other girls to become anorexic.

Later on, after her career in the fashion modeling industry, Jodie went on to acting. Her filmography includes appearances in Clarkson: Thriller, Who Do You Think You Are?, Prince Valiant, Mad Cows, and others.
