Beauty Tips
- Keeping your make up away from water such as not leaving it by the sink, helps keep products clear from bacteria.
- If your makeup causes you to have an allergic reaction, you should stop using it. If your symptoms persist, you should go see your doctor or dermatologist.
- If your makeup develops weird colors, odors, or if the consistency changes, it is safer to throw out your makeup than to keep using it.
- Remember to get new mascara if you are just getting contact lenses for the first time. Old mascara can have harmful bacteria that might get stuck under your contacts and cause an infection.
- Make sure you are the only one that uses your makeup, not sharing it will help your makeup stay clear of bacteria growth.
- Always apply your makeup in a stationary place.
- Always make sure to close the lids of your makeup containers tightly after your are done using them.
- When possible, store some of your makeup in your refrigerator. Make up will last longer, but make sure to keep it out of sunlight because sunlight will cause it to get old quicker.
- Remember to use hairspray and other products that spray, away from heaters because they can easily ignite because of their flammability.
